In this hands-on position, you will oversee onboarding and employee events, reporting to the Senior Lead, Program Manager within People Operations. Your focus will be on enhancing learning experiences, creating tailored onboarding paths, and measuring feedback to ensure program effectiveness. You’ll regularly facilitate sessions and events that connect employees effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead current employee onboarding end-to-end, from communications to live sessions
• Facilitate engaging learning workshops for large groups
• Design and oversee key employee events with logistical precision




• Build and run comprehensive learning programs and curriculum
• Establish feedback mechanisms to improve program delivery
Requirements:
• 5+ years in onboarding, learning, or employee experience roles
• Exceptional facilitation skills for diverse audiences
• Proven experience managing employee events from concept to execution
• Strong instructional design capabilities in learning platforms
• Data-driven approach to program measurement and iteration
