As a Building Operator, you will ensure that Woodbine's extensive facilities operate smoothly and efficiently. This role reports to the Manager of Infrastructure, where your experience with building automation and maintenance systems will be vital. You will handle everything from preventative maintenance tasks to responding to emergencies, making timely repairs critical.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee on-demand service requests to meet quality standards • Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance tasks • Maintain daily logs and inspection reports for systems • Facilitate contractor access and monitor repairs • Respond to emergency situations such as floods and fire alarms

Requirements: • 4th class stationary engineer certificate required • Prior experience in building maintenance operations • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficiency in Office applications and BAS management
