This role emphasizes building trust with internal partners and ensuring compliance with service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to inquiries via phone, fax, and email
• Explain Quadrus processes and Investment Centre technology
• Communicate sensitive issues promptly for resolution




• Liaise between representatives, fund companies, and internal partners
• Investigate complaints, enhancing service quality
Requirements:
• Completion of IFIC or Canadian Securities Course
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Bilingual in French/English is an asset
