As a key player in Sagesse’s mission to combat domestic abuse, the Program Associate will provide administrative and logistical backing to intervention initiatives in Northern Alberta. You will engage with various partnership sites, supporting program integration with research and best practices. Key Responsibilities:



• Build and nurture relationships with intervention partners • Aid in implementing and delivering intervention programs • Engage with peer support sites for collaborative efforts • Facilitate workshops and Real Talk programs • Manage program scheduling, data accuracy, and reporting

Requirements: • Experience in administrative support roles • Solid communication and problem-solving skills • Adaptability in hybrid work environments • Availability for occasional evening and weekend work • Knowledge of community-based programs preferred
