This position is designed for students pursuing programs in fields like Human Resources or Occupational Health & Safety. You will work closely with the Training & Competency team, helping to coordinate SECURE’s 2027 COR maintenance audit and refreshing online training materials to meet branding guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and administer the 2027 COR maintenance audit
• Organize and manage related documentation
• Track audit schedules and milestones
• Update online learning materials and content
• Ensure consistency and quality of training materials
Requirements:
• Currently enrolled in a related post-secondary program
• Excellent organization and detail-oriented skills
• Solid verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools
Support continuous improvement in training initiatives at SECURE in downtown Calgary.
