Interior Health is looking for an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist who thrives in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and standardize discipline-specific policies • Mentor laboratory staff and provide direction • Collaborate with pathologists and physicians for past practices • Oversee the implementation of current methodologies • Facilitate training programs for ongoing development
Requirements: • Accredited Medical Laboratory Science program graduation • Minimum of five years related experience • Three years of leadership experience preferred • CSMLS or CAMLPR certification required • Must have a valid BC Driver's License
