the Finance Controller is a strategic leadership role responsible for steering the finance department and driving major system initiatives. This role oversees two direct reports who manage high-volume merchant settlements, the financial close process, internal and external reporting, audits, and international subsidiary accounting. The successful candidate will act as the primary executive liaison for internal, external, CRA and lender audits, and high‑level treasury functions while maintaining a robust internal control environment.
