Join Nova Scotia Health as a Clinical Leader guiding Rehabilitation Services at Soldiers Memorial Hospital. Champion interdisciplinary teamwork for exceptional patient care and quality service across the continuum.

As an Interdisciplinary Clinical Leader, your mission will be to enhance person-centered care through leadership and collaboration within the Rehabilitation Services department. Partner with team managers and healthcare staff to ensure effective, evidence-based practices are implemented. You will handle staffing needs, guide program planning, and support quality service that benefits both patients and the community.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead inter-professional team initiatives • Identify and solve daily staffing challenges • Facilitate the development of tailored staffing models • Evaluate and enhance rehabilitation services • Encourage quality-oriented practices in care

Requirements: • Bachelor of Science degree in health-related field • Valid license with relevant authority • Three years of relevant healthcare experience • Proven ability to communicate effectively with teams • Self-motivated with solid decision-making skills
