Key Responsibilities: • Create educational resources for workplace policies • Advise on workplace discrimination and harassment issues • Investigate human rights complaints and propose resolutions • Manage corporate policy on workplace ethics • Coordinate responses to human rights commission inquiries
Requirements: • Degree in a related field and 5 years experience • Expertise in conducting investigations • Solid project management skills • Knowledge of ethics and compliance methodologies • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
