Key Responsibilities: • Conduct routine repairs on building systems • Manage minor carpentry and painting duties • Perform safety inspections of premises • Uphold safety and facility policies consistently • Complete housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements: • Proficient in English instruction following • Competent in handling heavy objects • Knowledgeable in plumbing, electrical, and heating repairs • Detail-oriented in budget management and cost tracking • Must have or obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
