As a key member of the TR Public Health Program, you will oversee operations under the supervision of the Team Manager. Your responsibilities include ensuring evidence-based nursing for clients while supporting a team-oriented team approach. This position is perfect for someone with extensive experience in community care and skills in project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage operations of the Manitoba Ostomy Program
• Ensure quality nursing care standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to enhance patient care
• Apply best practices in enterostomal nursing
• Lead evidence-based practice implementation
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Nursing required
• 5 years' experience in Community or Long-Term Care
• ET nursing experience of at least 3 years
• Active CRNM and CAET registrations
• Excellent interpersonal skills necessary
