As a part time Brand Ambassador, you’ll use the AEO Selling Model to provide exceptional customer service while educating shoppers on product offerings. Your role will involve flexibility across different zones, including Cash & Wrap and Fitting Rooms, always prioritizing guest satisfaction. Show your problem-solving skills by addressing concerns while promoting the AEO brand effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AEO Selling Model for every guest interaction
• Share product insights about AE & Aerie collections
• Introduce and promote AEO loyalty programs
• Support across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom as needed
• Resolve guest issues in alignment with company policies
Requirements:
• Enjoy working with people and creating connections
• Energetic, able to multitask in a lively setting
• Open availability during peak shopping times
• Minimum 16 years of age preferred
