The Talent Enablement
Associate is key to supporting AIMCo’s strategy across employee development and engagement initiatives. Candidates should be organized and equipped for a agile environment. This 12-month fixed-term role involves learning support, program coordination, and innovative process improvement. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and reboarding initiatives
- Support learning and leadership development programs
- Create and distribute updates and newsletters
- Maintain schedules and project documentation
- Produce engagement reports and dashboards
Requirements:
- Degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of HR and program administration experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
