Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI). Identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities through data analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance. Automate and optimize reporting and performance-tracking processes. Support decision-making through robust analysis and data-driven recommendations.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes related to data management and utilization.
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Comfortable working in cross‑functional and performance‑oriented environments. Proficient with BI tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), as well as SQL and advanced Excel.
Experience in a manufacturing or operational environment is considered an asset. Knowledge of data governance or data architecture is considered an asset.
