monitor student progress, provide ongoing feedback, and support students throughout their clinical learning.Support Student Learning– Help students connect their classroom knowledge to real-world clinical practice and develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.Be a Liaison– Represent Stenberg College professionally and maintain strong communication with students, clinical partners, and the College.Monitor Progress– Provide guidance and feedback throughout the clinical and preceptorship experiences and identify opportunities for additional student support.There is a full curriculum for each course and a thorough orientation will take place prior to stepping into the clinical environments.Who You Are:You have current full registration with British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives(BCCNM) as an LPN or RN and are in good standingYou have a demonstrated an ability to teach adult learnersTwo or more years of full-time Canadian nursing experience as an LPN or RNExperience in working with older adults with complex health needs; andExperience or orientation in home support and multi-level/complex careYou have completed the Student Practice Education Core Orientation (SPECO) curriculum, and all courses are up to date.
