As a senior leader, you will oversee the development, implementation, and management of the curriculum for the Law Practice Program. This role focuses on enhancing the educational experience through legal tech and data strategy. Your efforts will ensure that graduates are equipped for the evolving landscape of legal practice while collaborating with various stakeholders, including the Law Society of Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead strategic planning for legal tech and AI integration • Design and oversee online curriculum and course content • Manage partnerships with legal tech providers and the LSO • Develop performance metrics and compliance reviews • Hire, train, and supervise program staff

Requirements: • LL.B., J.D., or equivalent law degree • 8+ years of leadership in legal education or innovation • Knowledge of licensing requirements in Ontario • Experience in a unionized work setting • Strong strategic operations and resource management skills
