Halton Region is seeking a dedicated Industrial Maintenance Millwright to ensure reliable operations in its water treatment facilities. This permanent position requires 3–5 years of experience, with expertise in mechanical systems, diagnostic tools, and safety regulations. You'll provide significant input for maintenance planning while maintaining compliance with safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities: • Prioritize safety through hazard assessments and implementing safety protocols • Perform preventive, predictive,
and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems • Provide technical feedback and documentation using SAP and Microsoft Office • Collaborate on maintenance planning and schedules with various teams • Support reliability improvement and emergency response efforts
Requirements: • Valid Certificate of Qualification (433A) as an Industrial Mechanic Millwright • 3–5 years experience in water/wastewater facilities • Advanced mechanical knowledge and solid troubleshooting skills • Proficient with SAP PM and SCADA systems • Commitment to continuous learning and safety protocols
