Key Responsibilities:
• Use the AEO Selling Model for guest engagement
• Suggest products tailored to customer needs
• Promote AEO loyalty and additional brand channels
• Navigate between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, and Stockroom
• Solve guest issues while adhering to company policies
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Retail experience is advantageous
• Flexible availability during peak shopping times
• Full of energy and able to multitask
• Love for AE and Aerie's product range
