As the Lift Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing the lift operations team throughout the winter season. This role demands exceptional leadership skills, an intermediate level of skiing or snowboarding ability, and a commitment to service excellence. You'll coach your team and ensure they are trained on safety procedures to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach lift operation staff for optimal performance • Conduct daily inspections and pre-operational checks • Facilitate shift meetings and manage staff breaks • Maintain staffing levels for effective lift operations • Report any guest or operational issues to the Duty Manager
Requirements: • Supervisory experience preferred; 1 season minimum • Intermediate skiing/snowboarding proficiency • Knowledge of lift systems and company policies • Strong leadership and communication skills • Capacity to work outside in various weather conditions
