Key Responsibilities: • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes • Conduct pre-testing to support eye care services • Prepare prescription printouts and handle billing • Assist patients with eyewear adjustments and pick-ups • Deliver top-notch customer service during interactions
Requirements: • Experience in retail is advantageous • Strong computer skills, particularly with MS Office • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Collaborative mindset and adaptable to change • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
