You will cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of donors and prospects, plan and execute donor acquisition initiatives, and supervise one direct report. This role requires 5+ years in fundraising, donor stewardship, and relationship management, with a track record in securing major gifts and multi-year commitments. Robust knowledge of moves management, donor analytics, and legacy giving is essential,
