Become a vital part of Scarborough Campus Students' Union as a part time Member Services Staff, supporting student inquiries and promoting services. This role emphasizes customer service and effective communication during morning shifts.
SCSU is searching for one dedicated individual available for Wednesday and Thursday morning shifts. Your responsibilities will include responding to student inquiries via live chat, selling event tickets, and providing information about health plans. You'll also engage with the student community, creating a positive and informative environment during your shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to SCSU Live Chat inquiries and schedule appointments
• Educate students on the SCSU Health and Dental Plan




• Sell tickets for SCSU events and other services
• Promote SCSU initiatives and campaigns actively
• Manage Student Centre booking and schedules
Requirements:
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet demands
• Previous customer service experience is an asset
• Knowledge of SCSU services and operations
• Familiarity with Office suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Professional and diligent work ethic
