YMCA of Greater Toronto seeks a Program Specialist (Aquatics) to lead aquatic initiatives and develop member-focused programs. You’ll implement the Member Insight Strategy and drive initiatives to boost membership, retention, satisfaction, and philanthropic engagement.

A minimum of 2 years' aquatics program delivery experience is required; pool operations, safety, and leadership skills are essential. Immediate start on a 12-month contract with flexible schedule.
