Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee timely execution of work orders in CMMS • Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures • Collaborate with external contractors on maintenance tasks • Conduct area inspections and audits routinely • Support all areas of maintenance including preventative and corrective actions

Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance roles • Proficient with power tools and safety equipment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Must have reliable transportation for scheduled work hours • Clear criminal record check required
