As a member of the Calgary Zone Business Unit, the Evaluation Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. This role encapsulates the design and execution of evaluation frameworks and research projects while providing leadership in logistics and implementation. Your advanced data analysis skills will empower strategic decision-making and enhance service delivery in the Calgary area.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee monitoring of healthcare initiatives in Calgary • Implement research designs including data management • Create knowledge translation materials for evaluation dissemination • Build networks with Alberta Health Services and other stakeholders • Perform data analyses and prepare reports for leadership

Requirements: • Master’s Degree in relevant discipline required • Five years' experience in applied research or evaluation • Two years in a management position preferred • Knowledge of healthcare data systems is advantageous • Familiarity with analysis software like STATA or SPSS
