In this full-time position, you will be integral to a team that addresses the needs of seniors dealing with dementia, delirium, and related conditions. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver direct care in collaboration with the MRT
• Assess client needs using evidence-based tools
• Support the MRT PSWs with assignments and guidance




• Engage in continuous knowledge-sharing and training
• Flexibly work with diverse LTCH teams in your region
Requirements:
• Registered RPN in Ontario with no restrictions
• Diploma and medication certification from accredited college
• Experience in care for older adults with responsive behaviours
• Strong communication and teamwork ethics
• Vulnerable sector screening clearance required
