ASAP - We are seeking experienced Sewing Machine Operators with a strong background in operating Juki sewing machines and serger machines to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sewn products efficiently and accurately, ensuring that each piece meets our strict quality standards. Your expertise in handling Juki sewing equipment will be vital to maintaining smooth production flow and delivering exceptional results.

This position offers an energetic environment where your skills directly contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations. Flat rate of $17.60 with productivity bonus offered, based on productivity.

Duties

- Operate Juki sewing machines and serger machines with precision to assemble and finish products according to specifications
- Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and perform basic maintenance to minimize downtime
- Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure consistent product excellence
- Inspect finished garments for defects, ensuring all items meet quality requirements before packaging




- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and efficiency throughout the production process
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve workflow processes
- Document production data accurately, including quantities sewn and machine usage logs

Skills

- Proven experience operating Juki sewing machines and serger machines in a manufacturing workplace
- Strong understanding of sewing techniques, fabric handling, and garment construction
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, diagrams, or technical instructions clearly
- Excellent attention to detail to identify defects or inconsistencies quickly
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and warehouse operations is a plus
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with precision
