About Lagree Pulse

Lagree Pulse is a boutique fitness studio in downtown Vancouver offering high-intensity, low-impact Lagree workouts on the MegaPro. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated, personable, and sales-driven Assistant Studio Manager to help oversee day-to-day studio operations, support our team, and create an exceptional experience for our clients.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys boutique fitness, thrives in a client-facing environment, and wants to grow into a larger studio management role.

The Role The Assistant Studio Manager will work closely with the owner to support the daily operations and continued growth of Lagree Pulse.

This is not simply a front-desk position. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, building relationships with clients, following up with leads, converting introductory clients into members, supporting staff, and helping ensure the studio operates smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide an exceptional client experience from first visit through ongoing membership
- Follow up with new leads and introductory-offer clients
- Convert introductory clients and class-pack clients into recurring memberships
- Respond to client questions, concerns, emails, and membership inquiries
- Build relationships with clients and help improve member retention
- Support front-desk operations and maintain a professional, welcoming studio environment
- Assist with trainer and front-desk scheduling and coverage
- Help oversee opening/closing procedures and daily studio standards
- Monitor supplies, retail inventory, and operational needs
- Assist with promotions, events, challenges, and community initiatives
- Support local partnerships and corporate opportunities
- Track leads, conversions, memberships, and other key studio metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and studio operations




- Work closely with ownership on growth initiatives and special projects

Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are:

- Sales-minded without being overly aggressive
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable following up with leads by phone, text, and email
- Able to handle client concerns professionally
- Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced boutique fitness environment
- Interested in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or community building
- Available for a combination of weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends

Previous experience in boutique fitness, hospitality, sales, customer service, studio management, or membership-based businesses is an asset. Management experience is preferred but not necessarily required for a candidate with strong leadership, sales, and client-service experience.

Compensation & Growth

Hourly rate based on experience + commission, for approximately 25–30 hours per week.

Additional earning potential is available through membership sales commission and performance-based incentives.

As Lagree Pulse continues to grow, there is an opportunity for the right person to take on greater responsibility and progress into a Studio Manager position.
