inspire, and develop a multidisciplinary consulting teamMentor emerging leaders and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and performanceBuild team cohesion through shared success, coaching, and client impact storiesRequired Qualifications10+ years in IT or business consulting, including 5+ years in a leadership roleProven ability to build client trust, grow accounts, and deliver impactful solutionsStrong network within Recent Brunswick's public and/or private sectorsExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‐building skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development and client successExperience managing full sales lifecycles and proficiency with CRM toolsDegree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience in management consulting, project delivery, or technology strategy (AI, data, digital) is an assetWillingness to travel within Atlantic Canada (approx. 10%)Compensation and StatusCGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role.
