Introduction Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual (ENG/FR) Credit Operations Specialist to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period 12 months with potential to convert or extend

Pay Rate $32 per hour

Location Montreal, QC

Location Type Hybrid

Business Hours 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM (7, 8,9 ,10 start times)

Job Responsibilities

Managing daily volumes and meeting service timelines.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Sound judgment and appropriate escalation of issues.

Adherence to policies, procedures, and risk controls.

Clear communication with several partners and team members.

Attendance and reliability.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

Post secondary degree required.





3-5 years of credit and banking experience required.

Data entry experience.

Basic computer skills.

Basic MS office skills.

Bilingual in English and French.
