The role requires a passion for training and development, with a focus on adult learning principles. Working within the Claims Experience department, you’ll design, deliver, and refine training programs while maintaining strong partnerships with subject matter experts. Your innovative approach will ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective for our claims professionals.

Key Responsibilities:



• Facilitate virtual and face-to-face training sessions • Revise and monitor claims curricula and training content • Collaborate on topic-specific learning outcomes with experts • Design training that embeds client engagement practices • Mentor learners to achieve knowledge and skill competencies

Requirements: • 3+ years experience in training development • Degree in adult education or related field • Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies • Familiarity with insurance/claims is beneficial • Chartered Insurance Qualified (CIP) designation preferred
