Key Responsibilities:
• Execute preparation of food items at your station
• Manage production levels and meet guest expectations
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times




• Deliver outstanding customer service to both guests and team
• Facilitate training for junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
• At least three years in a culinary role or 2.5 years with culinary training
• Experience in Garde Manger and Line Cooking
• Capability to mentor 2nd and 3rd Cooks
• Red Seal certification is advantageous
• Flourishing in a fast-paced kitchen setting
