This program offers an exceptional chance to gain hands‑on manufacturing and leadership experience within a world‑class organization. As an Operations Leadership Trainee, you’ll learn the real‑world workings of ADM—from our people and processes to our equipment and safety culture. Through structured rotations, you’ll build foundational skills in production management, troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and employee leadership. The experience provides a strong platform for long-term career growth within ADM’s operations network.What You’ll DoSupervise operations and employees in a manufacturing environmentPerform the duties of department superintendents as neededProvide strong leadership in safety, quality, and productionDevelop and submit budgets for capital projectsMonitor inventory, production levels, and shift performanceUse problem‑solving techniques to resolve process upsetsApply best manufacturing practices to improve yield and efficiencyDirect and oversee engineering projects and collaborate on design improvementsDetermine equipment requirements and costs for plant expansionsWork cross‑functionally with vendors, contractors, maintenance, and consultantsMaintain operational records, monitor performance, and ensure efficient productionWhat You BringFluency in both French and English (verbal and written)Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Agricultural/Biological Systems Engineering,
