Support the Treaty Land Entitlement process as a TLE Coordinator with George Gordon First Nation. This role emphasizes coordination, administrative support, and collaboration with various stakeholders involved in land management.
George Gordon First Nation is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Treaty Land Entitlement Coordinator to assist the TLE Board. You will coordinate day-to-day activities, prepare documentation, and track TLE obligations and milestones. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that the Board has the timely and accurate information necessary for informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the TLE Board • Prepare meeting agendas and reports for stakeholders • Maintain records of Board decisions and action items • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and information sessions • Track TLE obligations, expenditures, and commitments
Requirements: • Post-secondary education in a related field • Experience with Indigenous organizations or land management • Knowledge of Treaty Land Entitlement in Saskatchewan • Robust administrative and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
