As part of our Visiting Nursing Team, you’ll be instrumental in delivering person-centered care to various clients, ensuring they live with dignity at home. Your clinical skills will shine as you perform assessments, manage medications, and provide specialized interventions. This casual position includes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining independence in your practice.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete individual nursing assessments and care plans
• Provide skilled interventions for diverse health needs




• Monitor client health and adjust care plans
• Educate clients and caregivers on treatment plans
• Ensure proper documentation of client interactions
Requirements:
• Valid CNO registration as RN or RPN
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Reliable vehicle for client travel
• Solid assessment and organizational skills
• Experience in home healthcare is an asset
