Become a vital member of Ontario Power Generation (OPG) as a Commercial Contracts Advisor, engaging in contract development and negotiation. This role is focused on maintaining compliance and nurturing partnerships for long-term success.
As the Commercial Contracts Advisor, you will support the implementation of processes for managing complex agreements within OPG. You'll utilize your expertise in contract negotiation, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder management to ensure OPG meets its strategic goals. Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will directly contribute to creating sustainable agreements that drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Monitor compliance and performance of contracts




• Assist in project management from inception to completion
• Provide functional expertise to internal teams
• Prepare presentations and reports for management
Requirements:
• Four-year degree in engineering, management, or business
• Minimum six years of experience in commercial contracts
• Robust knowledge of supply chain and contract law
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proven ability to build relationships with external stakeholders
