This role requires 3 to 5 years of experience and will be conducted at the physical work location. Responsibilities include preparing master format estimates, advising on tendering procedures, and estimating general expenses. Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication with stakeholders, including engineers and architects, and a detail-oriented approach under pressure.

Key Responsibilities: • Prepare estimates of labor and material costs • Read blueprints and specifications for projects • Create and submit estimate reports and quote sheets • Operate CADD and other estimating software • Monitor contract expenditures and adjust as needed

Requirements: • 3 to 5 years estimating experience • College/CEGEP education preferred • Client-focused and organized • Excellent oral communication skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines
