Join York Hills as a Child and Youth Worker focusing on live-in treatment for children and youth in need. Engage in impactful mental health support in Aurora, Ontario.

This position involves working within a vibrant multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic support in a home-based setting. With a focus on relationship building, you will implement treatment strategies, participate in assessments, and ensure overall client safety. You will also maintain effective communication with families and engage in quality assurance processes within the agency.

Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with treatment teams for client assessments • Facilitate developmentally appropriate activities • Report on client progress and incidents • Assist in maintaining documentation for quality standards • Drive clients to appointments as needed

Requirements: • Completion of a relevant post-secondary program • Minimum one year of experience in child/youth care • Knowledge of mental health legislation • Strong observation and motivational skills • Explicit driver’s abstract and insurance
