This role is key to optimizing inventory management practices and ensuring seamless WMS processes. By providing training, documentation, and analytical support, you will enable better utilization of both new and legacy WMS systems among staff.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive the implementation of Infios WMS processes • Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues • Conduct training for effective WMS usage • Be onsite to support system modifications • Provide after-hours support for WMS inquiries
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or over five years of relevant experience • Robust understanding of warehouse management practices • Proficient communication skills for technical information • Proven track record in user support and training • High willingness to travel across Canada and the US
