excellent communication skills and who can work effectively independently and in a team environment.What you'll doAssist Engineering department to conduct hardware/product validationDevelop test procedures for new product developmentTest initial prototypes and other special handling activitiesSupport Production Test and Marketing departmentsTroubleshoot hardware and software componentsPerform firmware verification testingCreate custom application-specific configurations for customers by having a clear understanding of product featuresQualifications1 to 2 years of technical support experience in a hardware and software environmentStrong problem-solving skills and analytical thinkingExcellent written and oral communication skills in technical reporting and customer interactionWork well independently and in team environmentsKnowledge of communication protocols such as J1939, CANopen, LIN, Ethernet is considered an asset#J-18808-Ljbffr
