As a vital member of the Emergency Response Services (ERS) team, the Community Paramedic reports to the ERS Operations Manager and contributes to the Community Paramedicine Program. This role requires extensive knowledge of pre-hospital emergency care and primary health functions. You will conduct assessments, develop clinical plans, and liaise with community organizations to improve health service access.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide proactive client assessments in non-traditional settings • Develop clinical care plans for referred clients • Identify and address service provision gaps • Collaborate with community health organizations • Educate clients on accessing appropriate services

Requirements: • 3 years' experience in pre-hospital care • Graduate of a recognized Primary Care Paramedic program • Valid Class IV Manitoba driver’s license • BLS certification, level C or equivalent • Must complete a satisfactory Criminal Records Check
