Join a vital role in promoting workplace health and safety as the Coordinator for Employee Health Services and Occupational Health and Safety. This position focuses on employee support, safety program coordination, and disability management.

As an integral part of the Human Resources division, you will coordinate health services, manage employee leaves, and oversee occupational health and safety programs. Your efforts will ensure a supportive environment for employees, including leave administration and return-to-work strategies. You will play a key role in legislative compliance and continuous improvement of health and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



• Administer employee health files and documentation • Coordinate return-to-work planning and medical leaves • Track disability benefits and absence timelines • Support safety initiatives and compliance monitoring • Prepare reports on employee health trends and program improvements

Requirements: • Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field • Minimum of three years in health and safety roles • BCCRSP or DCMP skilled designation is an asset • Knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation and records management • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
