We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Product Manager to drive improvements to our platform and help us set a superior performance standard. What you’ll be doing
Report directly to the CTO while overseeing IrisCX’s product portfolio. Define and manage the vision for our platform to ensure that our team maintains a cohesive vision throughout development. Be an integral part ofconnecting business and technology teams together. Determine product and market feature prioritization driving DAU & MAU Define and manage backlog items, prioritizing them based on our overall strategy. Break down touch point and pain point journey mapping with the ability to quantify impact through feature development. Oversee development stages, working with stakeholders to identify and organize the next steps. Serve as the voice of the client,
understand and anticipate client needs to more effectively manage the development process. Evaluate product progress at each iteration. Your background
5-7 years of experience working within a startup and building a product. Understanding of and experience with the startup lifecycle, having worked in a series A-B stage SaaS company. Experience defining and overseeing product roadmaps. Experience in video and communication technologies is an asset. Experience in entrepreneurship, sales or marketing is an asset. Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal. Strong technical background and understanding of the current bleeding edge of the technology landscape. Previous product management experience where you own part of the portfolio. Ideal candidates will have proven experience working in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies such as SCRUM, XP, Kanban. Hands-on ability to produce UX mockups using Figma, Sketch, etc. Ability to articulate whitelabel benefits and disadvantages. Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies. Ability to advocate and impact change with a technical audience. You will help test and build next generation streamline next generation Customer Experience platform You'll serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the technical phases of the onboarding and manage projects through to completion. You'll own the development of new products and services end-to-end and execute roadmaps for the business. You'll onboard new clients, understand their unique use cases, and grow product usage within each account.
