Associate Dentist — Friday & Saturday

Job Summary

Our family-run dental practice is seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team on Fridays and Saturdays. The ideal candidate brings a strong clinical foundation in general dentistry, excellent patient-care skills, and a genuine commitment to oral health for patients of all ages. Responsibilities

- Perform routine and complex examinations, diagnoses, and treatment across general dentistry
- Deliver restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions with an emphasis on patient comfort and safety
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team
- Care for patients of all ages, including preventive education and age-appropriate treatment
- Communicate clearly with patients about diagnoses, treatment options, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate charting, records, and documentation in our practice-management software
- Stay current with dental materials, techniques,



and technologies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment

Qualifications

- Licensed or eligible for licensure to practise dentistry in British Columbia
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, comfortable working independently across general dentistry
- Confident with a broad range of restorative and routine procedures
- Comfortable learning new practice-management software (we're currently transitioning systems; prior experience with cloud-based dental software is an asset)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse patient population with professionalism and empathy
- Organized and adaptable in a busy practice setting
