Ensure optimal investment performance while fielding tenant relations and maintaining occupancy targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Track and report on asset performance and NOI variance
- Lead tenant acquisition and renewals, approving concessions
- Manage operational budgets and oversee property managers
- Support underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions
- Develop comprehensive lease-up plans for properties

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in private equity and real estate
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Real Estate
- Knowledge of residential tenancy procedures in Ontario
- Experience with third-party property management
- Must have valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
