Provide practical HR advice and coaching to managers

Advise on collective agreements and workplace policies

Facilitate HR program and policy improvements Requirements:
Minimum five years of progressive HR experience
Degree in Human Resources or related field
CHRP designation preferred
Experience in a unionized workplace
