As a Site Superintendent, you will be the senior authority, managing in office operations for diverse projects across Western Canada.

Your role involves coordinating and scheduling trades, conducting site walks for quality assurance, and enforcing safety standards. You'll proactively address schedule risks and maintain visibility for the Project Manager through comprehensive daily logs. Key Responsibilities:
Manage all site operations from mobilization to handover
Coordinate and schedule trades and subcontractors in office
Conduct daily site walks to ensure quality and progress




Enforce safety standards and compliance for all personnel
Prepare for inspections and ensure readiness for approvals Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of construction experience
At least 2 years as Superintendent or senior supervisor
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
