Lead organization design initiatives from assessment to implementation
Develop and refine operating models and governance frameworks

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
6+ years in organization design and transformation
Proven expertise in developing strategic, evidence-based recommendations
Robust analytical and critical thinking abilities
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
