We are seeking a friendly, qualified Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and expert hair styling. The Specialist will be responsible for delivering personalized consultations, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and promoting our products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Duties
Greet clients at the front desk with a warm and professional attitude
Provide expert hair styling services tailored to client preferences
Ensure all sanitation and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the salon
Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling opportunities to enhance their experience
Manage retail sales efficiently, processing transactions accurately
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
Support the team with front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries
Maintain a tidy and organized work environment to ensure safety and professionalism
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
Hair styling experience or certification is highly desirable
Knowledge of sanitation protocols within a salon or similar workplace is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to upsell products and services in a friendly, non-intrusive manner
Experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is advantageous

Pay: $38,388.76-$99,359.04 per year
