Elevate the artist experience at Rodeo FX as a User Experience Specialist. You'll enhance how our visual effects artists interact with technology, ensuring seamless workflows and intuitive tools. As a key member of Rodeo FX’s team, you will bring your expertise in UX and user research to improve the production pipeline.

Collaborating with artists, Supervisors, and Technical Directors, you'll focus on understanding their pain points and translating insights into valuable solutions. This role demands both creative insight and solid technical knowledge to cater to our artists' needs effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct usability testing and workflow studies for artists
Design streamlined interfaces and interactions for VFX tools




Partner with Pipeline teams to enhance tool usability
Analyze user data to measure satisfaction and performance
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and workshops Requirements:
5+ years in UX design within VFX or animation
Robust understanding of VFX workflows and tools
Proficiency in usability testing and user analytics
Technical background in software engineering or UX
Experience with design tools like Figma or Jira Support Rodeo FX artists by transforming their interaction with technology through effective UX strategies.
